WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH MY CAT?
You need to bring her/his vaccination book to prove that your cat is fully vaccinated and treated against external parasites. We encourage owners to bring a cat food that your cat is used to and some of her/his favorite pillow to help them feel like at home.
IS CATÂ FOOD INCLUDED IN THE BOARDING FEE?
The cat food is not included in the boarding fee for two main reasons. Firstly every cat is used to different diet and making abrupt changes can cause diarrhea and belly pain. Secondly some cats are very picky with the flavors or textures of their food and we want to make sure that your cat will be served the food of hers/his liking during the stay in the hotel.
WHAT IF MY CAT EXPERIENCE ANY MEDICAL PROBLEM DURING THE STAY IN THE HOTEL?
There is no need to worry. The Boutique Cat Hotel Jerusalem is supervised by doctors from Vet Dogtor Jerusalem Clinic. In case of any medical problem, your cat will be examined and provided veterinary care if needed. We always keep the emergency contact number of the owner for any unforeseen situations.
